Lane House Barn is a fully renovated barn conversion set in 15 acres of beautiful pastureland up high in the Calder Valley hills! It is a private get away, secluded and serene. It has everything you need to relax and unwind as well as the small towns of Hebden Bridge and Todmorden within a short walking distance or car journey. A former sheep farm with an abundance of animals and wildlife in the stunning backdrop of Hebden Bridge - the setting for Happy Valley, Gentleman Jack & many other TV dramas and documentaries. This location is a luxury experience and offers all of the comforts of home, but completely out of touch. We are very remote here and about 1.5 miles from the nearest public transport, please bare this in mind when booking. We are fully accessible by car however, it is a bridleway and you do need to take it steady. Low rise cars/sporty low trims will find this a challenge. It is a modern, well equipped self catering space. Mountain bikers & equestrians welcome. Horse accommodation also available. Bike wash too! We live on site so if you need anything during your stay we can assist. We do not allow pets There is good mobile signal here as well as Wi-Fi.

We’re just a couple of mid lifers who happen to have a rather lovely barn for you to stay in! We will share your stay with you or not. Were busy most days - but we will share with you all of the great places to visit!! There is space for bike storage if you chose to bring them along. We have local maps and advice as we do both activities.

The road into the farm is bumpy, you just need to take your time. It is absolutely worth it when you arrive. Views are to die for and peace and tranquillity awaits. If you are unsure before booking drop us a line and we can give you advice. Low suspension cars will not make it to the farm, Walks are truly fantastic here. We have maps to share with you. If you have a car, the possibilities are endless, if not, bring good shoes and walking boots! Hebden and Todmorden are a few miles away, there will never be a dull moment, we always keep the latest events and opportunities in the barn for you to read and decide upon.
