The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, slimline dishwasher and a slow cooker, a dining area with seating for five and a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a twin and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private front gravelled area with picnic bench, access to a communal dog-walking field and off-road parking for up to four cars. within 2.5 miles you will find a shop and within 1.1 miles, a pub and please note that while three well-behaved dogs are allowed, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Larch Barn is a splendid property, perfect for a family getaway to Cornwall. Helston is located at the western entrance to the Lizard Peninsula, a sizable downland region bounded by a breathtaking coastline. Helston is a charming, bustling market town known for the Flora Day Festival and the unique Helston Folk Museum, which tells several tales and traditions surrounding the "Furry Dance." The Poldark Mine, one of the best underground experiences in the south west, is close by and provides information about the region's long mining history. On the Helford River, in a serene environment, is the National Seal Sanctuary, where watching seals frolic and eat provides hours of amusement.
