- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21. Infants will be counted as a guest.

- Strictly no stag or hen parties.

- Strictly NO smoking inside the property. There's a penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found.

- If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning.

- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean the stay will be cancelled and the guest will not be allowed access into the property.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

- Please note, ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.

- All upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
