Hi, I'm Andrew :) I'm a laid back professional who works most weekdays. I am in the heart of Preston City Centre and enjoy hosting, travelling and meeting new people. I am a 'live out' host but I am only a couple of doors down from the Airbnb so always on hand to help with anything you might need during your stay.

The room is situated on the first floor of a Victorian house in a quiet and secluded conservation area in the heart of Preston's city centre.
The room itself has a double bed; along with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. It is located at the front of the building giving views out to the cobbled street.
The comfortable double bed is fitted with cotton sheets and plump hotel pillows.
There is ample storage for clothes and shoes and a full-length mirror.
We provide a bundle of clean towels for each guest that stays with us, which we will replenish on request.
The shared bathroom facilities include a large mirror, electric power shower, basin, toilet and lots of space to get ready in the morning. The bathroom is just outside your room in the hall and is shared with a small double room.
