This lovely house boasts 4 spacious and modern rooms, with 1 on the ground floor, modern bathroom, a downstairs shower room, a fully fitted kitchen and utility and spacious living room with dining table. A great location to enjoy the proximity to the city centre, shops, restaurants, etc. that provide all the elements for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom is a triple room, with either 3 single beds or 1 single and 1 king sized bed. The middle room is a twin room. The back bedroom is a single room. The ground floor bedroom can be set as either a king sized bed or 2 singles. All rooms have hanging space and drawers for storing personal items as well as a large bedside tables with drawers, a bedside lamp and unique decorative furnishings. Upstairs, you'll find a modern full bathroom. Downstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and sink for dishes. All the cutlery and crockery you will need are provided for and in the dining area there is a fold away table and chairs for relaxed meals and socialising, 2 large sofas and a Smart TV with access to Netflix

Guests have access to the entire house and patio area to the rear. This property does not have a driveway or garage but there's plenty of free on street parking outside and within a block or so. The house is just off from the main road into Carlisle and offers quick access to the centre of town, with its resturants, shops and places of interest. There is a staircase leading from the hallway to a landing on the first floor.
