The living areas in this lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, undercounter fridge and freezer and coffee machine, dining seating and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a double and a twin serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for 3 cars and a wrap-around decking with furniture. Within 1.9 miles there is a shop and 2 miles a pub. Highchair available on request. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore the Lincolnshire Wolds at 41 Kenwick Woods. Note: There is one step up onto the decking leading to the lodge, please take care. Please note: This property only accepts two well behaved dogs, there is a 35 pet fee per dog. Please note: At least 24 hours noticed needed for bookings.
