The accommodation occupies 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and a large setting-dinning room. The house is about 250 yards from the beach. The Village has several pubs, Tae shops, two Supermarkets and is bordering SNOWDONIA with its charming mountains, lakes and water falls. A Golf Course is few miles away. The local Water falls, Parks and Mountains are few hundred yards away. The house is a typical Victorian style and carries the flavour of the period with spacious rooms and landings. Three bedrooms have King size Beds and one have a Double bed. The bathroom has a tub, and a shower (on the mains water), and a separate Shower Cubical has an electric shower. There is a second "Wet Room" with an electric shower. The Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is a large fridge freezer with water dispenser, There is a Hot Air Fryer, Microwave and fitted oven and hob, with extractor. There is a dedicated one Car Park in front, but there is a free local authority car park with spaces for several cars and a caravan. An active Bowling Green fronts the house.

We fell in love with the village, facing a sea pay and flanked by high mountains on both sides. We considered it rival places we visited in France and the Basque region, but with benefits of being on a driving distance from where we live.

Family-based neighbourhood in a private street overlooking the village bowling green. The village is traditional Welsh, stone-built Cottages, with slate roofs. The houses are slotted on the side of the mountains, with intervening natural waterfalls.
