Leeward Cottage is a reverse-level property with four bedrooms, including a lower-ground-floor king-size with en-suite bath, a ground-floor king-size, a lower-ground-floor twin, and a lower-ground-floor bunk room. The accommodation features a ground-floor wet room, a lower-ground-floor bathroom, and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric fire. The property includes central heating and modern amenities such as an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, hairdryer, TV, Bluetooth sound system, and WiFi. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and a non-enclosed rear garden with furniture, a barbecue, and hot tub. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Note: Hot tub is unavailable on Thursday evenings from 4pm. Max. six adults and two children. Access via a steep private driveway. Leeward Cottage offers a relaxing retreat amidst scenic surroundings.
