Situated on the coast in Old Hunstanton, with grounds that stretch down to the seashore to one of the finest beaches in Norfolk, the Old Hunstanton Le Strange Arms Htl offers old world charm complemented by personal service. In the evenings you can choose to dine in a relaxed and informal manner in either the Oak Bar or the Ancient Mariner, the adjacent village pub with real ales and hearty food. Dinner is served from 18:30 until 20:45. Old Hunstanton Le Strange Arms Htl is half a mile from Hunstanton Golf Club and is an ideal base to visit some of the country’s finest stately homes, including HM the Queen’s country home at Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Halls, with Norfolk Lavender and RSPB Titchwell just 5 miles away.

The hotel frequently host wedding receptions and dinner dances on Friday and Saturday evenings. This may result in some rooms being affected by noise until approximately midnight.

From Monday 14th July – Sunday 31st August 2025, our hotel restaurant will be serving breakfast only. For lunch, dinner and drinks, The Mariner Inn will continue to welcome you from noon until 9pm daily.

Child Policy:

Children staying in their own room will be charged 50% off the relevant tariff. Children will be charged for meals as taken.

Please note that dogs are not accepted anywhere in the main hotel or in public areas.
