Situated down a quiet country lane within easy walking distance of Ludlow Park and Ride and a short distance from the medieval market town of Ludlow. The property itself is on one level but there is a step up to the front door and steps down from the decking in to the garden. There is electric central heating throughout and a wood burning stove in the lounge for cosy winter evenings. There is a smart TV and DVD player and free WI-FI The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms have one double bed and two single beds in the twin room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside is a decking area with table and seating for four , steps lead down on to the large enclosed garden. There is parking for two cars at the front of the property and a lockable bike store.

Ledwyche is a small hamlet surrounded by farmland and close to The Shropshire Way. Situated down a quiet lane but only approximately 1 mile from Ludlow a thriving market town busy throughout the year with arts, festivals including the famous Ludlow food festival, live bands in the Castle and regular farmers markets. Surrounded by traditional villages, great walks and National Trust properties.
