Property information

The property has its own private entrance. Little Barn is well equipped and beautifully presented. The accommodation includes a good-sized double bedroom with modern en-suite wet room and a bright open plan living/dining space with a wood burner. There is also a single fold out bed that can be provided upon request. The kitchen facilities include all the essentials: a combination microwave oven, hot plate, fridge and use of a barbeque.

Neighbourhood information

Little Barn is a very well furnished self-contained new-build barn in the grounds of the owner’s c17th thatched house. Nestled in the quaint harbour village of Birdham it is tucked away in a small lane, just a five-minute walk from the ancient marina at Birdham Pool. Little Barn is a great base for discovering the beautiful beaches at The Witterings, the picturesque villages dotted around Chichester Harbour and stunning walks and cycles across the South Downs.
