Little Brook is a self contained annex to the owners home with its own private entrance, and outside decking. There is private parking available on the main driveway, please park to the right.
We have enjoyed creating Little Brook . I am a hen mum, the hens enjoy being spoilt by us and our guests! Children that stay with us enjoy feeding them corn and collecting the eggs.
The property is situated in the scenic village of Littleham, 2.3 miles from the seaside town of Exmouth, located 30 minutes from Exeter. It boasts a myriad of activities for all ages. With a picturesque seafront spanning two miles of golden sands, stunning walking routes and vast selection of restaurants.
