Designed by award winning architect Alex Michaelis and settling on a huge private plot with nothing but its own garden separating it from a sweeping expanse of sand and ocean, Little Cottage offers a light-flooded and spacious interior, where wide views of both sea and sky are permanently on display. This is a home you can truly unwind in. Open plan living with sink-in sofas and a wood burner means you’ll be comfy no matter the weather, while the kitchen/diner which opens to the front terrace through vast sliding doors creates the quintessential indoor / outdoor lifestyle of a true beachside retreat. There are four fabulous en-suite bedrooms providing ample space for large family groups. Outside is just as impressive, with an uninterrupted vantage point over Hendra beach. And when you’re not soaking away in the hot tub or playing table tennis with the kids, you can stroll to the bottom of the garden and be on the sand in under a minute. Located in Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Little Cottage is exceptionally well placed to enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. St Michael's Mount with its tidal causeway and subtropical gardens is a delight for both young and old in Marazion, and if you fancy treating yourselves to an excellent meal you can take your pick from a host of terrific restaurants in both the harbour towns of Porthleven and St Ives. *Little Cottage welcomes two dogs. Please note that the garden isn’t completely enclosed and has a path that leads straight on to the beach **This property sleeps 8 adults and 2 children (under the age of 16) This property does not permit Party Groups, Stag or Hen Do's. Little Cottage is best suited to couples and family groups.
