Little Owls Barn is a cosy barn conversion nestled amongst apple and pear orchards in the heart of beautiful Herefordshire countryside. This delightful cottage is the perfect base from which to explore all this fascinating county has to offer.

Their Ciderhouse & Shop is open on Saturdays for tastings and is a highly recommended place to visit. Visit the historic city of Hereford including medieval Hereford Cathedral, famous for housing the Mappa Mundi and The Chained Library. For over 350 years, Herefordshire has been a major producer of British cider. Learn everything you ever wanted to know and more at The Cider Museum. Or why not sample the cider yourself on the Cider Route? Driving and cycling routes are both available. The 15th century medieval Hampton Court Castle, Gardens & Parkland is a great destination for a day out. The beautiful gardens feature a maze of a thousand yews with a gothic tower at its centre, Victorian kitchen garden and magnolia lined walk. Take a riverside and woodland walk followed by afternoon tea at the Orangery café, The beautiful market towns of Ludlow, Ledbury and Malvern are within half an hours drive and are full of a fascinating range of independent shops, antique stores, delicatessens, café and restaurants. Ludlow’s yearly Food Festival in September is a must visit attraction for any ‘foodies’ out there. Hay-on-Wye, famous for its many bookshops and annual literary Hay Festival is 50 minutes away.
