The property is approx. 1 mile from Liverpool City Centre, 1.2 miles from the new Everton stadium and 1.3 miles from historical Liver Building. It has a spacious garden, 3 bedrooms, a living room, lounge conservatory. Public transport, local amenities, shops nearby.The property is a traditional three bedroom two storey house with private parking for 2 cars at the front of the property and an enclosed and flagged area of different levels at the rear of the property. An open plan living and dining area and well-heated comfortable, aesthetically-pleasing lounge conservatory. Guests can relax in the garden. The property is non-smoking, has quiet street views and is located approx. 1 mile from Liverpool city centre. The beds are only located in the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a king bed. Bedroom 2 - double bed. Bedroom 3 - single bed. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. We have set the maximum occupancy to 5. The property is located in the ever popular residential area of Vauxhall and is ideal for a City break or home from home break within a stones throw of the City atmosphere and many of the facilities and activities. The property sleeps up to five people and offers all the amenities that you would expect from a modern house, including off road private parking along with an open plan living and dining area to the ground floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed paved garden area. The property has been recently fully refurbished to a very high standard and has a luxury modern feel to it.
