The living areas in the semi-detached holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner, and a living/dining room with an electric fire. The property additionally enjoys shared access to an external games room, as well as an external table tennis room. The bedrooms consist of a double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a TV and an en-suite, two zip/link doubles with TVs and en-suites, and a ground-floor zip/link double with a TV and an en-suites, along with a cloakroom/utility.
