Lletty Ann Wynn is a 300 year old stone cottage that was completely renovated and extended in spring 2018, opening August 2018 for guests. We have been awarded Green Tourism GOLD award. It is furnished to a high standard, with stone worktops in the kitchen and utility, A++ or above appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, drier and fridge freezer. it has a range cooker, and is fully equipt with kitchenware, including cooking oils, salt, pepper, tea, coffee...bedding and towels are cotton and furnishings are Laura Ashley, upcycled and or locally made in all cases. There is a clearview logburner in the lounge and there are two bedrooms.
Gaynor and Ian have owned Fraithwen for 14 years. Letty Ann Wynn is part of the property and we are building our second cottage now, hopefully to be completed ready for 2021 season, The second property is called Beudy Fach and is on the footprint of another 300 year old barn, which was unfortunately too derelict to save. It doesnt have the views or big garden of Lletty Ann Wynn but will be very private, very modern and unique, with led lighting, touch controls and one bedroom, with luxury bathroom and private hot tub outside the bedroom patio doors. The whole farm is being renovated so various area of the yard and drive are under renovation but the cottages are in thier own curtilage and are completed and very private.
Lletty Ann Wynn is in its own extensive grounds near our own farmyard. it is private, cosy, warm and welcoming in summer or winter. We have dropped a pin on the cottage on the map, as the post code covers half the village nearby. The farm entrance is 50m outside the village 30mph zone. The rural location does mean mobile signal isnt great, though you can make calls in various places but the cottages have their own wifi which is good by local standard, though not city superfast speed!
