Our home is your castle. That's Jaap and Ghislaine's adage. With only two letting rooms we have personal contact with our guests. Always either Ghislaine or Jaap is present if there are any questions to be answered. We arrived as tourists ourselves -during our honeymoon!- many moons ago and know the area well. We live in the area for nearly a quarter of a century now. We always hope you arrive as guests but leave as friends. That's why we trust our guests that much that for extra toiletries, or tea/coffee/chocolate + cookies and fresh milk you will find those immediately outside your room door. There you find a small fridge as well, with fresh milk. You may use that communal fridge for your own stuff too. And of course we replenish the used stuff in your room too. Walking, travelling, eating out, attractions, Zip-world, castles: we did very many of them and are very happy to share our experiences and advice you. Sort: we look forward to offer you a relaxing stay.

Betws-y-Coed is centrally located. Only 20 minutes from the Zip-world in Bethesda, 5 minutes from Zip-world Fforest. However Conwy, Caernarfon, Beaumaris and other castles are also easily reached, as are the Blaenau Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways. Llandudno with its promenade is down the road (20 minutes).
