This warm and stylish 3 bedroom home is just a short walk to vibrant Whitley Bay beaches, fantastic places to eat and drink and of course the famous Spanish City. Situated next to the Metro you are a short ride to Newcastle, Tynemouth and across the North East. The home benefits 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 with 2 slide out single beds. The private walled yard is perfect for a glass at sunset. Parking is free via guest permit.
Hi, my name is Dan - I have one property on a holiday let that I have run since 2021. I am also a teacher in a local school and I have lived in Whitley Bay since 2018 and find it a fantastic place to live and visit.
Our place is a fully renovated 3 bedroom townhouse in the very centre of Whitley Bay. The property is very warm in cooler months and is on a pedestrian street making it very quiet in the evening. we have all amenities including smart home lights and heating and a washer and dryer along with speedy internet. Decor is eclectic and stylish making it a great base to explore the North East.
