The picturesque village of Kenn is situated 5 miles from Exeter, within easy reach of Haldon Forest and Dartmoor National Park. The apartment is situated just off the A38/A380 and gives easy access to the coast and Éxe Estuary cycle paths. There are numerous scenic walks from the apartment, with coastal and estuary views.
The Ley Arms, a lovely village pub, is a very short walk away, serving good locally produced food.
I have lived in Kenn for 30 years and really enjoy living in a rural location with easy access to the main roads and motorway. I enjoy walking, swimming and involvement in village life. I am looking forward to hosting and sharing local knowledge, to enable them to take advantage of the beautiful surrounding area.
