This 2-bed House is located within approx. 5 mins walk to Chesterfield City Center & Chesterfield Rail Station. Its in a peaceful and secure neighborhood 2 mins walk to Chesterfield College and 7 mins drive to Tapton Golf Course. This house is ideal for visitors to the Peak who equally want to close to town life - shops and restaurants, cinema, clubs etc. Bedrooms can be configured to have 4 separate beds given advanced notice. Ideal for families and contract workers. Drive parking at property. Please be advised that you require stair access to get into the property living areas (see pictures). Parties not allowed For Long term stays, please be aware that mandatory housekeeping will be carried out at least once every fortnight (chargeable). Private arrangement will be made with guest prior to accessing the property. Guests is required to cooperate with the housekeeping for this purpose.
We welcome you to book our apartment. While our property is left entirely to you for your stay, we are easily contactable if any issues arise. For Long term stays, please be aware that mandatory housekeeping will be carried out at least once every fortnight. Arrangement will be made with guest prior to accessing the property.
