Ground Floor. Beautiful view over the river. Very central to town and public transport.
This is a one bedroom flat on the ground floor, It is not the Ritz, that is why it is cheaper than most apartments in Dumfries. It is clean and warm, the kitchen is due to get replaced and we are awaiting a date when this will happen. The bathroom is small but functioning. There will be some road noise when you are in the living room, the rear room faces over a concrete yard. If you wish to sit out on the concrete yard feel free to do so via the rear door. I am not trying to put you off but it is a genuine description, something you do not get from some other hosts. All windows and doors are double glazed for your comfort.
Close to restaurants, parks and public transport links.
