Lux Properties was established in 2010 by Syed who owned a number of long term rental properties around West Yorkshire. In 2024 Syed decided to take on a new challenge and provide short term stays, thus, creating “Lux Stays”. Our aim is to provide luxury stays for our guests with that homely feel. We take pride in ensuring our guests are happy.

Property information

This One Bedroom apartment is set in a prime location in Leeds City Center, situated opposite the Rive Aire. The Canal is a great area for walks with restaurants and pubs nearby. Public Transport is also just a few minutes away. The cobbled pavement really brings out the old tradition of Leeds. This style is continued throughout the building and in our room with the bricked wall as a feature. Our apartment has great character with the bricks and arched windows.
