This property is located in a residential building and just a small walk away from the very popular Shire Business Park. The property enjoys the quietness and family friendly safety being part of a residential building. A perfect location for a restful evening and night whether you had a long day working or visiting London which is only 28 minutes train journey from Welwyn Garden City station.
