Grainne
Built in 1835 and previously the local bank, this unique property has been transformed into a magnificent, luxurious period family home. The spacious accommodation is spread over the top two floors of the building and is brimming with antiques and period features.
Four spacious bedrooms, that will sleep 11, located over two floors. The rooms have been tastefully decorated, whilst retaining many of their original features such as high ceilings and period oak floors. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite, one with a large free standing bath. The fully equipped kitchen contains a range of modern appliances and has a large spacious dining table.
Guests have a private patio to the side of the property and access to a shared garden to the rear of the property. The secluded rear garden is associated with The Old Bank coffee shop located in the ground floor of the bank building. This garden will be yours to use when the coffee shop closes at 4pm Mon-Sat and 3pm on Sun.
Located between the foothills of the Sperrins and the shores of Lough Neagh, it is an ideal base for exploring Mid-Ulster and Northern Ireland as a whole.

Nestled in the corner of The Square, Stewartstown, this property is ideally located for exploring Mid-Ulster. The surrounding area offers a wide range of outdoor pursuits, from mountain biking in the Sperrins to paddling on the local canoe trails. There are many heritage sites, forest parks and National Trust properties within close proximity.
The town has good transport links with a daily bus service to Belfast and the neighbouring larger towns of Cookstown and Dungannon. Located just 7kms from the M1 motorway. The local town has a petrol station, post office, award-winning butchers, wine tasting rooms, restaurant and pubs.
