Granny House on the edge of the National Park is a spacious eco-friendly farmhouse on the old pack horse route from Gargrave to Settle. Luxury accommodation including great design, a chef's kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, shower and bathroom with amazing panoramic views from every window. The gardens are very pretty. The setting is very rural with sheep and cows in the surrounding fields. The night sky is dark for star gazing. You will have a piano, a guitar and wifi is super fast.

I am a retired nurse specialist practitioner. My Husband Richard is a retired software consultant. We love country life and know a little bit about gardening, classic car restoration and microlights. We love walking and dancing. We shall send you a 2 minute video once you have arrived as this now seems to suit most people after a tiring journey. There is an information folder in the kitchen with everything you need to know about your holiday cottage. We are usually available and will come to meet you if you wish.

Bell Busk is a little gem. You will be on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park but not so far in that it takes ages to get anywhere. It's very pretty round here; very pastoral with cows and sheep in the fields around us during the warmer months and wildlife most of the time. Steam trains over the pretty viaduct can be seen from all the windows at the front if you are lucky. The skies are very dark, you will have red light torches and binoculars to see what's out there. You will have private parking for 3 large cars right next to Granny House. There is a bus from Bell Busk to Skipton and there is a train from Gargrave to Skipton and Settle. Leeds Bradford airport is about 45mins drive. We do advise a car.
