Dear Guests, we are glad to hear that you have booked our luxurious house in Truro. We hope you will enjoy your stay here with us. Local amenities such as Sainsbury's, Lidl, Spar and a fantastic Pub/Bar with Restaurant are all in 10-15 walking-minutes distance We have tried to make your stay as nice as possible. We have a fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area. In the garden, you will find the Hot tub. Please make yourself familiar before using it. On the ground floor, we have got the living room with a flat-screen TV and one reception room. Please make sure that all plugs are switched on, especially the one on the left side of the fireplace, as this is the antenna. On the first floor you will find our family bathroom with 3 bedrooms. There is one King size bed, two double bedrooms, one with on-suit. The second floor comprises of the Master bedroom with a nice Superking Bed with a walk-in dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. The beds will be ready-made for your and towels will be provided. We have a NON-Smoking House-->if there is any smoking inside the house we will fine up to 1000 Pounds.

We are a small family with a dog. We have been enjoying Cornwall ever since we to this beautiful area. We like taking our dog to the local beach in Perranporth which is just a 15min car drive away and enjoy Fish and Chips with view over the nice beach, often with follow up ice-cream.... Our house is near to the A30 and is fantastically central placed to start local excursions. Falmouth is about 20-30min. drive away. St. Ives about 45min. Bissoe Bicycle trail to do the trip from Bissoe to Porthreath or Porthtowan about 10min. Cameltrail Bicycle trail in Wadebridge about 35min. There are great places to see for kids as well. off course Truro but also the Trelissick Gardens, St. Mawes, St. Ives, Falmouth, Newquay, National Trust buildings, English Heritage etc.

Local beaches: 1. Perranporth nearest, ideal for families, surfing, long dog walks, just great... 2. Fistral beach in Newquay, great for surfing... 3. Swanpool beach in Falmouth local pub, bar and great restaurant: County Arms (10min walk) and Victoria Inn (7 min drive) - Cathedral in Truro and the nice coffee's and small shops around this area is a must visit (20min walking distance or 5min by car - Falmouth, St. Ives, St. Mawes via King Harry Ferry - Newquay, St. Austell, Penzance things not to miss if you stay longer The Lizard, (Peninsula), Cape Cornwall area, Land's end, Minack Theater in summer great....
