The apartment is located just a short 5 minute walk from the city centre, on the riverside which is residential so nice an quiet. It is a stones throw from the train station, and 10 minutes on the train in to the centre of Cardiff. The apartment is on the second floor and comes with a parking space for up to 2 small cars in the garage, and there is roadside parking available.
We run an investment company for holiday lets in Newport. We believe the area has fantastic potential and have had guests staying from China, Brazil, USA & all over the world. We have received some fantastic reviews across multiple platforms, and continue to maintain high standards, to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay, and respond to messages promptly. We live 10 minutes from the apartment's, so can be there to assist if needs be.
In the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Including Drago Lounge, The Pod, Bistro Pierre, Wagamama's & high street shops such as H&M, Next, M&S, and plenty more. The Newport Markets have just been renovated, to an array of fabulous street food options, and cocktail bars. All within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
