Brand new luxury 3 bed apartment with large private terrace on 2nd floor (with lift) in private gated block on the stunning Sandbanks Peninsula.
Apartment is finished to an incredibly high standard with PoggenPohl kitchen and Hans Grohe & Antonio Lupi bathroom fittings.
Large outside terrace with BBQ and furniture and two further balconies have amazing sea and harbor views.
The apartment is 2 minute walk from one of best beaches in the U.K.
I am not going to be living on site but mostly available for any enquiries not picked up in the welcome pack!
The development is situated off Banks Road up a slip road. The development consists of 7 apartments some of which are sold off and some which are available to rent on short term or long term rentals.
The development has been recently completed to an extremely high standard.
You will be located 2 minute walk away from the beaches of Sandbanks and all the associated amenities that Sandbanks has to offer.
