Please note that the property has a private entrance and is range over 3 levels with 2 stairs. Guest should take care when carrying the luggage.
Ground floor entrance: Upon entering you'll see the first staircase.
First floor: Lead to the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and the double bedroom.
Second floor: Second staircase takes you to a single bedroom and the king bedroom.
All areas are only accessible to you and your group.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of £150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
