Please note there is no lift in the building and access to superior floors is only possible by stairs, 17 in total.

Smoking/vaping is prohibited at this property. No parties are permitted.

The property asks guests to refrain from excessive noise levels in respect of other guests.

Only adults over 21 years old can make a reservation and stay at the property.

The charge for extra bed linen is £20 in cash on arrival per stay. The charge for extra towel set (one big and one small) is £10 in cash on arrival per stay.

Extra guest can be added to the booking at £20 per night.

Cots are available by request for an additional fee of £25 per stay.

If guests do not want to share beds and there is available bed in the apartment we charge £20 in cash on arrival for the extra set of ben linen that we have to provide!
