Company information

A semi retired athlete who is well traveled and understands guests requirements. I am local to the environment as well and keen on showing the best Bolton has to offer at the heart of the city centre. I like to engage guests and provide responses within a very short period so they can be settled and enjoy their stay.

The property is a brand new 1 bedroom apartment with modern facilities, comfortable beds (+sofa bed in the living room), 55 inch smart TV, washing machine/dish washer etc. The apartment boast of effective noise cancellation from innovative insulation technology. The apartments have intercom and CCTV camera at strategic spots for enhanced security.

Neighbourhood information

Bradshawgate Bolton is in the heart of Bolton City Centre with shopping Malls opposite the apartments. It’s also at a strategic location with motorway access to M61, M60 and M62. The apartments is a walking distance to the train and bus station.
