A unique home, centrally located in the vibrant city centre of Chester. The Victorian townhouse has been newly renovated to a high standard, giving it a luxury feel with plenty of space. Original features and character have been sympathetically restored, maintaining its charm with a modern twist. This house offers 3 bedrooms, all with King Size beds. 2 en-suite's (shower, WC and basin), a family bathroom with a bath tube and a downstairs WC. A large kitchen diner, a TV snug room and a seperate living room.

We will be on hand during your stay to answer any questions that you may have.

The house is located on a residential street in the city centre, within walking distance of all that the city has to offer. We are unable to accommodate party’s or loud noise and ask that our neighbours are respected at all times. Guest who fail to abide by this will regrettably be asked to leave the property. Short stay on street parking at the front of the property for bag drop off and collection. 24hr car parks close by. - City centre location, next to the Grosvenor Park - 0.5 miles to Chester train station - 0.8 miles to chester racecourse - 0.3 miles to the famous Chester Roman Amphitheatre - 0.5 miles to Chester Cathedral - 3.5 miles to Chester Zoo - 6.8 miles to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village - Manchester, Liverpool, North Wales coast and Snowdonia are all within a 1 hr drive.
