You will love our luxurious newly converted barn with its woodburning stove and sauna. It is adjacent to our farmhouse so help is on hand with advice on the local area; we run guided walks and can provide breakfast and farmhouse suppers on request. Although we are in a secluded valley, it is just a short walk along the riverbank to the village stores, two recommended pubs and a tearoom, so no worries about whose turn it is to drive!

One half of “wildaboutexmoor” specialist walking tours, stargazing and exploring Exmoor National Park. We regularly host farmhouse supper and night hiking evenings and guided walks and you are welcome to meet our resident Exmoor pony, rare breed sheep and chickens. We can cater for 2 to 8 guests so you could join a group or make up your own party....contact us if you would like advice on further accommodation available.

The barn is perfectly situated, quiet and peaceful with no passing traffic, just the sound of the river and our resident tawny owls to lull you to sleep at night. However, you are only a short stroll from the two pubs, village shops and tea room situated in Exford village, and totally spoilt for choice for walks from the front door. Parking is extensive and adjacent to the barn. We also have secure storage for bikes and kayaks.
