The property is located: - 7 mins drive to Southend Hospital - 10 mins drive to Southend Airport - 8 mins drive to Westcliff train station (c2c) and 14 mins drive to Southend Central train station (c2c) - 8 mins drive to Westcliff beachfront - 10 mins drive to University of Essex, Southend Campus - 12 mins drive to Adventure Island and Sea Life Aquarium IMPORTANT: Please note that upon booking, guests will be required to upload their valid proof of ID, sign terms and conditions of their stay with us digitally, authorise damage deposits and provide a few other details in order to complete the check-in process. This is done safely and securely via the guest portal on Charge Automation through a secure link that is sent to guests' email after the booking is confirmed.
