Its been our dream of owning our own holiday home for many years after looking after and managing other peoples. Matt has considerable experience working in the hospitality industry managing Luxury Lodges. Nine PotterHill is a Luxury Holiday Cottage situated in the heart of Pickering, North Yorkshire; only a 2 minute walk to the famous North York Moors Railway. Pickering is a bustling, vibrant Market Town in North Yorkshire. Boasting accommodation for 1-6 guests. With 1 King and 1 Double rooms and a twin. Complete with cozy log burner, welcoming courtyard & luxury bathroom with freestanding bath and separate walk in shower. We have a welcoming courtyard and a lockable bike store. We also provide all towels and bed linen. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker, slow cooker, Nespresso coffee machine. We are Child friendly, providing travel cot, stair gate, high chair, changing mat and children’s crockery. Pets are also very welcome - 2 Dogs FREE OF CHARGE We have free high speed Wifi and also a blue tooth speaker and DVD player with an array of DVDs for all ages. There are also several board games available in the cottage to make your stay fun and complete. We offer Self Check-in by means of locked key box and provide full check in details prior to your stay. There is Free on-street parking outside the property.

Nine Potterhill is situated in the centre of the ancient but bustling and vibrant Market Town of Pickering, North Yorkshire. Pickering lies on the border of the majestic  North York Moors National Park, historically part of the North Riding of Yorkshire and is known as the ‘Gateway to the Moors’ Pickering is full of independent shops and markets and beautiful historic and natural attractions. Pickering is famous for the North Yorkshire Moors Railway which lies a 2 minute walk from the cottage. Other local attractions within the town include the Medieval Castle, Beck Isle Museum and the stunning Saxon 15th century Church. Easily accessible to East Coast, York City, North Yorkshire Moors, Helmsley and many other visitors attraction by car. The coast to coast bus service is available from Pickering which can take you to the East Coast or York-Leeds. Many Bike trails are within the vicinity of the cottage, a perfect way to explore the local area. The famous North York Moors Railway lies literally at the end of the road and is only a 2 minute walk from the cottage itself.
