This BRAND NEW unique place has a style all its own. It’s located 2 minutes from M6 Junction 10 Close to local amenities such as Showcase Cinema, Grosvenor Casino, IKEA, Junction 9 retail park, Walsall Football FC and Walsall town centre is only 5 minutes drive away. By car you can get to Birmingham city Centre in 15 minutes and Wolverhampton city centre in 8 minutes.
