Property information

Penthouse Apartment is Ideal for business visitors, groups of friends and families who want a bit of space. The apartment is spread over the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. The top floor has elegant open plan living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen leading out on to the roof top terrace with the hot tub. The space is ideal for relaxing on the sofa in front of the large smart TV, enjoying a morning coffee at the breakfast bar or tucking into a delicious supper at the large dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen has an induction hob, 2 fan ovens, microwave and dining sets for at least six guests. On the lower level of the flat, guests can choose between the master bedroom which has a comfortable super king bed, an en-suite bathroom that has a lovely big bath and a walk in shower. The second bedroom which has king size bed. And the third bedroom which has a double bed. A second bath and shower can be found in the family bathroom. There is also a utility room with washing machine the dryer. The apartment is decorated in a contemporary but classic style using only top quality furnishings and appliances. It has underfloor heating, is ‘A energy rated’ and has solar PV and hot water. Super-fast broadband and Wifi is available throughout. Off street parking is available outside the apartment building, Henge House, which has RFID locks and video access for guests. The apartment is in a residential area and parties of any kind are prohibited. The apartment is for a maximum of six guests. People who are not on the booking reservation are prohibited from accessing the apartment, unless prior notice has been given to the host and has been agreed. We want you to enjoy the apartment as much as we do, but respect for our neighbours and other residents in the building is of paramount importance.
