A newly refurbished luxury self-contained studio flat. Private Outdoor area with table & chairs with also a awning for shelter. Part of a family home but is completely separate and has its own private entrance. On and Off free street parking. Beckenham high street is walking distance with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, gyms and local amenities on door step or close by. Excellent transport links into central London with direct trains from Elmers End to London Bridge in 21 minutes. The space The property is compact but spacious. Has a pull down double bed, Large smart TV and WIFI. Cupboard and drawers. Fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave. Private outdoor area. Walk in shower/WC(Fresh Towels supplied). Iron and Ironing board. PLEASE NOTE wash machine and tumble dryer are not for guest use. Guest access Access via locked side entrance and private front door entrance.
