We are a family business Inspire Holiday Homes in Southam. We operate a number of holiday lets in the local area and live locally ourselves. These holiday lets cater for both holiday makers, guests travelling on business and contractors. We take the comfort of our guests very seriously and always strive to ensure everyone who stays with us has an amazing experience. All of our homes are managed by us personally and our dedicated team.

Stockton is a lovely little village just a few minutes from the market town of Southam and close to Rugby and Leamington Spa. The village has every amenity you need including a shop, take away, cafe and a friendly pub for a bite to eat. Parking is free on-site and plentiful, or on-street is also available. There is lots to do in the area, just ask for a list of local attractions!

Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £20 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed.
