This spacious (6000 sq ft) yet cosy home offers both peace and tranquility but also the convenience of being just a 5-minute walk to the city centre. The Park is a private estate that feels like an oasis of calm in a bustling city. Nottingham Castle is a 2-minute walk away, next to the oldest pub in England (Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem) and the famous Robin Hood statue, and the UK's newest Michelin starred restaurant (Alchemila) is also walking distance (I highly recommend it). There is an excellent pub nearby called The Sir John Borlase Warren which has Nottingham's largest gin collection and often live music. Wollaton Park (home to lots of deer and Batman's house) is a 10/15 minute drive and the river Trent is 3 miles away. Market Square and all the main shops, bars and restaurants are on your doorstep.
