Maen Lay is a recently refurbished property in the beautiful historic fishing village of Gorran Haven. Situated on a hill, Maen Lay offers panoramic views of the coast and cliffs which are simply amazing. The village centre and beach is a short walk down a steep hill as are the village amenities and access to the coast path. Maen Lay offers landscaped gardens and a balcony to enjoy the sea views and sundowners. The driveway is suitable for two cars. The driveway is steep and once parked you will require the ability reverse back out of the drive - uphill. The occasional guest has found this to be difficult. If you are not a confident driver this property may not be suitable for you. Superfast Broadband with a speed of 30-50 Mbps is also available.

Gorran Haven beach provides beautifully safe bathing and rock-pooling for all the family. Amenities include: Chip shop; bar; boutique hotel & restaurant; beach front cafe; kayak and paddle board hire; area of outstanding natural beauty; situated on the South West coast path; seasonal entertainment. Places to eat in the village (seasonal timings vary): The Haven Takeaway (fish & chip shop) Llawnroc Hotel, bar and restaurant Barley Sheaf pub Property welcome pack provides additional recommendations outside of the village. Maen Lay is just yards away from the South West Coast Path and there are many established footpaths in all directions.
