Property information

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located for local amenities and excellent transport links. Off road parking with private entrance, 1 ground floor bedroom for accessibility and sociable kitchen/diner. Children's park under 1 minute walk, 2 supermarkets in 2 minute drive. Hub with swimming pool and cafe less than 5 minute walk.

Neighbourhood information

Buckshaw Village is located between Leyland and Chorley, it is ideally located for both towns but also for visiting Preston, Bamber Bridge. The motorway is located within 10 minutes to access Manchester, The Lake district, Blackburn and Bolton. Close to the house is a children's play area - 1 minute walk, in 2 minutes walk there is 'the Hub' which has swimming facilities (it does need booking very much in advance) and a lovely cafe. There are 2 pubs, a KFC, Costa, an Aldi and a Tesco all in about a 5 minute walk or driving a couple of minutes. Next to Tesco there is 2 restaurants, a chip shop and Buckshaw train station.
