All cottages enjoy views over the tranquil gardens and lake, and many feature a log burner. All cottages have luxurious bedrooms, fully equipped bathrooms, a separate dining area and kitchen with an oven, fridge and microwave. Featuring a gym, sauna, hot tub and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Malston Mill has all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. The adjoining lake provides not just a peaceful backdrop, but is full of specimen carp, brown trout and tench for those into fishing. For younger guests, there is an outdoor play area. Guests will find several supermarket, pub and restaurant options in the town of Kingsbridge, which is located just over 2 miles from the property. The South Devon Coast and the Blue Flag beach of Salcombe is a 20-minute drive from the cottages. The historic towns of Totnes and Dartmouth can both be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.

My husband Tony and I (Linda) have been weloming guests to Malston Mill Farm for 40 years. As well as converting the barns into self catering cottges we are also passionate gardeners and love to share our gardens with our guests. At Malston Mill Farm we have created a unique venue which offers guests complete relaxation in the most beautiful location and the many leisure facilities will keep guests entertained what ever their age and whatever the weather. The lake offers fishing exclusively for guests. With a busy working life there is not much time for anything else but we would not have it any other way. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

Property information

Malston Mill Farm dates back to the 1700's when it was a corn mill. We bought the property in 1985 and converted it from a farm to a luxury holiday cottage complex with 6 cottages sleeping only 21 in total. The cottages are designed in English cottage style with four poster beds, and very cosy. We were lucky to find such a lovely property in such a stunning location. With its extensive leisure facilities which included indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi, fishing lake and landscaped gardens, tennis court, gym, sauna, snooker.pool room, games room, softplay, zip wire and treehouse, out door swings and slide. We have created a venue that all the family can enjoy whatever the weather.

Neighbourhood information

We are well situated to visit the the many towns Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth all of which have something different to offer and make a good day out. There are so many restaurant/pubs/cafe in the area to be able to eat at a different place each night. Many restaurants use local produce which Devon is a fantastic provider from seafood to meat and vegetables. Many will name the farm from which the produce is bought. We are also a short distance for the many beaches and Dartmoor. There is so much to see in the area that a week will not be long enough.
