This thatched cottage has four bedrooms including a super-king-size, another super-king-size with a zip/link feature, a king-size and a single, along with a bathroom and a shower room. There’s also a kitchen, a dining room with a flame-effect stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and an external games room. Outside, there is designated parking for four cars and a garden with a lawn, barbecue area and furniture. Appliances include a Toledo range cooker with gas and electric oven, combi microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, a selection of books and games, PlayStation, iPod dock, DAB radio, table tennis and snooker table. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop within 0.1 mile and a pub within 0.7 miles. Manor Farm House is an ideal escape for a break to Norfolk.
