Stunningly luxurious and massive 3-bedroom 2-bathroom mews VILLA on 3 floors, with its own GARAGE, located on a quiet pictoresque mews street just 1 minute from Paddington Station and 4 minutes to Hyde Park; this mews villa is part of a charming late 19th Century terrace. This incredible mews Villa offers 200 SQM of internal space, set across three floors, the presentation and thoughtful attention to detail is luxurious and flavish, clever and charming. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double-sized living area, open-plan kitchen and dining area, walk-in wardrobes, laundry room and massive private garage. Its fusion Flavish Luxury style is the result of a detailed work from a famous interior designer. High ceilings, large bay windows, stunning views over quiet residential street, brand-new luxury furniture, wooden floors, modern kitchen and bathroom, huge beds with super comfortable memory foam mattresses. 2 large smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, huge L-shape sofa in ultra-soft plush velvet and large Pandora marble dining table with 6 padded chairs. Paddington - Lancaster Gate - Hyde Park are your neighbours, with their exquisite markets, bars, restaurants and stunning walks. POSSIBLE REQUESTS: - The house has 3 KING size Beds. In order to have the additional 4th bed (single bed) set up, a booking of 7 GUESTS needs to be made. For bookings for less than 7 guests needing the extra single bed, a request for it must be sent and it is GBP 120 per stay. The bed is a comfortable single bed with memory foam mattress and complete with its bedding. - Early (before 4 PM) / Late (after 10 PM) check-in is possible for extra fee. - It is possible to request housekeeping for extra fee. - Late check outs (after 10AM) to be requested for an extra fee. - A COT can be provided under request for GBP100 per stay. - A COT & HIGH-CHAIR cab be provided under request for GBP150 per stay.
