The property is a pretty little cottage with charming features its situated on a horse livery working farm over looking paddock and fields. we have an abundance of wildlife and a junction of footpaths on our doorstep. rural surroundings, country lane. we offer a full English cooked breakfast using local produce with homemade jams and marmalade. we are nicely situated off road with amble off road free parking a seated green to sit and take in the views. A well maintained pretty cottage garden.
As well as my love for bed and breakfast i also enjoy gardening along with my hubby, we also shere our love for animals, As well as horses we have 3 well trained gun dogs, a cat, a rabbit and chickens.we are keen walkers and love to be outdoors. Both my hubby and I grew up on the farms and love the country life.
You will be spoiled for choice if you are looking to eat out, as we are surrounded by pubs all serving good food, If you fancy a take-away then take a short trip into the village where you will find a Chinese and a fish & chip shop or a well equipped co op.we have facility's for you to use if you wanted to eat in. we have a patio area for smoking. Lotus cars are just 3 miles away. Dunston hall is just down the lane, uea is a short distance. we have a good bus service into Norwich city itself. Long stay welcome, we offer a discount if your a regular traveller to us.
