We are a small property holding company. We offer value properties to rent around the Bristol area.

Informazioni sulla struttura

The property is a mid terrace house that offers four individual rooms ALL with private en-suite toilet and showers located close to the docklands area. It is within an easy commuting distance to Bristol City centre. We are within easy reach of the M4/M5. This will give gusts access to the largest indoor shopping area in the South West, Cribbs Causeway. Guests are also in easy reach of Avonmouth Southern Approach and Portbury Docks. Guests are with in walking distance of multiple takeaways, diners, Public houses, a Pharmacy and a 24 hour shop. Main bus stops are also within walking distance from the property. Time tables have been supplied within a Welcome Pack in each room. The train station is within a three minute walk. Each Bedroom has an en-suite, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. A welcome pack is left in each room upon arrival. Towels and Bed linen are supplied. Guests have use of a kitchen area, a utilities room and also a garden area. We have provided a shared front room and dining room for guests use.
