This is a modern flat/apartment in the heart of Aberdeen City Centre. It is between the Castlegate Building and Virginia Street. Thus, while situated in the heart of the city, it is tucked away in a rather secluded, quiet and secure corner. It is about 2 minutes walk to Union Street and 5 minutes walk to Union Square.
I am a professional in the engineering and project management field and currently working away from home. I value a neat and comfortable living space and have upheld these standard for my flat/apartment.
The neighbourhood is right at the city centre and very safe. It is clean and has easy access to amenities such as the beach, train & bus station, shopping malls, pubs and less than 3 minutes walking distance to Union Street, King Street, Aberdeen Harbour, Beach Boulevard and Market Street etc. It is an idea location for someone who is in Aberdeen for tourism, business or work.
