I'm Darryl, with my Wife Abbie we fully renovated Merton retreat in Winter 2023. This is our first taste of hosting, and look forward to welcoming you to our property. We offer a self check in service at flexible times to suit and are very responsive to messages. Our aim is to give our guests the best experience and service, whilst offering a thoroughly clean and cosy home.

Merton Retreat is located within a 18 minutes stroll to Leicester City Centre, 1 mile from De Montfort University and 1.8 miles from Leicester Train Station and 2 miles from Leicester University. Offering free parking and high speed WIFI, Merton Retreat is the perfect choice for Business /Families/Friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The property features a unique and stylish décor throughout, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable, cosy living areas. Newly refurbished throughout, Merton Retreat has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The living area is cosy and spacious, with 2 sofa bed for extra guests if needed. You will find a smart TV with Netflix to enjoy, board games and plenty of books to read. The new modern Kitchen is a great size with ample worktop space including a breakfast bar with seating for 2. There is a washer dryer, oven and all the desired utensils. In the dining room we have an extendable table that can seat 6. Next to this is a dedicated workspace so you can work from home. Upstairs we have a master King size bed in the main bedroom, with storage and dressing table. Included is an extra sofa bed if required. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a double and queen bed. Bathroom with bath and mains combi shower.
